Exchange

Items can be exchanged within 5 to 7 days if they are unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Delivery charges will be paid by the customer. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

Refund

Refund requests must be made within 5 to 7days. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Delivery charges and applicable taxes will be deducted. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Damaged Items

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days with clear photos or videos. FearXWear will cover replacement charges for confirmed manufacturing or delivery damage.

Note: Products purchased at a discount of 40% or more cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
